The idea of creating the Zakarpatskyi Mlyn enterprise arose in 2014 from two partners from the SG patriot company who were engaged in the manufacture of bakery products. They made their products exclusively from natural ingredients without the addition of chemical baking improvers. Therefore, the idea arose to launch its own flour mill in order to control the quality of its products and raw materials (flour) as much as possible.

Construction began in 2015. Italian Golfetto Sangati equipment was purchased. Modern SAATI screen fabric was installed in the vibrating screen. All the necessary laboratory equipment for grain and flour quality control was also purchased.

In May 2017, construction was completed and all commissioning activities were carried out. Today we produce up to 500 tons of premium wheat flour per month and up to 150 tons of bran per month. Our clients are companies from Croatia, Poland and Turkey. We also supply our products to retail stores in the Transcarpathian region, Ukraine. Our company manufactures products that meet high European standards! Quality and satisfied customers come first for us!
