Morning cheese doughnuts

Ingredients for 18-20 pieces:

Basis
-soft cheese (we take it in paper packs) 400 grams
– eggs 1 pc.
– sour cream 60 grams
– sugar 50 grams
– Salt 1/8 tsp.
– Baking powder 1/2 tsp.
– Soda 1/4 tsp.
– wheat flour 175 grams
– additional flour for mixing 1 tbsp.
– Vegetable oil for lubrication

Recipe:

  1. Put cheese, eggs, sour cream and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Mix with a spoon (no mixers, everything by hand!)
  3. Add flour sifted with salt, soda and baking powder and knead the dough.
  4. Divide the dough into 18-20 parts. We form a ball from each with wet hands.
  5. Roll in flour.
  6. Take the ball in your hand and squeeze a through hole in the center with your thumb and forefinger.
  7. Carefully stretch the donut.
  8. Grease the donuts in heated oil (they should float).
  9. After heating. On an electric stove, I will fry on 8 heat distribution from 9. If we cook according to the thermometer, then we aim for 150-160 degrees.
  10. Put the finished donuts on paper towels to absorb excess fat. Sprinkle the donuts with powdered sugar and serve.
