Pies in 15 minutes from quick dough

3

FOR THE Dough:
Wheat flour 1.5 glasses.
Water 0.5 glasses
Vegetable oil 50 gr
Dry yeast 1 tsp.
Sugar 1 table.
Salt (pinch) to taste

FOR THE FILLING:
Jam 0.5 glass

STEP 1:
Prepare the dough. How to make dough? Pour warm water into a bowl, add a tablespoon of flour, sugar and dry yeast. Mix everything with a whisk until smooth. Cover the bowl and leave for 10 minutes.

STEP 2:
After 10 minutes, the yeast will activate and rise with a “cap” above the water. If this did not happen, you will have to take other yeast, it turned out not to be active. Add a pinch of salt and oil.

STEP 3:
Begin adding the sifted flour in batches, stirring after each batch. The flour may take more or less, it depends on its quality and air humidity. The dough should become quite thick. When it becomes difficult to stir it with a spoon, continue kneading on the table with your hands.

STEP 4:
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts. Roll a ball from each part. Roll the ball into a thin layer. Put two spoonfuls of filling in the center. Pinch the pie. I also made a curly pigtail for control. Cover the baking tray with baking paper. Arrange the patties, leaving a distance between them – they are not many, but they will grow in size.

STEP 5:
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 ° C, top-bottom mode. Bake the pies until golden brown, 20-25 minutes. The exact time depends on the characteristics of your oven. You can grease the finished pies with butter. I left them as they are. Serve pies warm with milk, tea or coffee. Bon appetit!
